SinTax Student Loan Repayment Promotion — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to Illinois residents 21 and older. Void where prohibited.

These Official Rules (the "Rules") govern the SinTax Student Loan Repayment Promotion (the "Promotion"), sponsored by SinTax Spirits LLC ("SinTax Spirits").

1. Entry. To enter the Promotion: (a) follow @sintaxvodka on Instagram; (b) like the current drawing post; (c) tag two (2) friends in the comments of the drawing post; and (d) comply with all other terms in these Rules. No purchase necessary. Entries submitted by any means other than as set out in these Rules are invalid. If an entrant fails to comply with any term in these Rules, the entry is void.

2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Entries. Entrants must be natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and current residents of the State of Illinois. Entrants may enter from only one (1) Instagram account. Entrants may enter any and all drawings, but each entry is valid only for the single drawing associated with the Instagram post on which the entry is made; an entrant must submit a new entry on the applicable drawing post to be eligible for each subsequent drawing. Entries that do not comply with these Rules are null and void.

3. The Prize. Each drawing awards one (1) prize equal to one (1) monthly student loan payment for the recipient's qualifying student loan(s), up to a maximum of one thousand U.S. dollars ($1,000 USD). If the applicable monthly payment is less than $1,000, the prize equals that payment amount. The prize is paid directly to the recipient. A winner who does not personally hold student loan debt may nominate another individual who does to receive the prize. To claim, the recipient must provide an estimated payoff or payment statement from their lender dated within the last thirty (30) calendar days. Any taxes due on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner/recipient.

4. Funding, Drawings, and Selection. SinTax Spirits sets aside fifteen percent (15%) of profits generated from the sale of its products in the United States to fund the Promotion. There is no fixed drawing schedule; a drawing is held on a rolling basis each time the funds SinTax Spirits has set aside are sufficient to fund a prize. For each drawing, a winning entry is selected at random by SinTax Spirits. If sufficient funds have not accumulated, no drawing will occur.

5. Modification and Termination. SinTax Spirits reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time, including in the event that no profits are generated to fund a prize.

6. Contacting Winners. SinTax Spirits will attempt to contact the winner within seventy-two (72) hours of their entry being drawn. To claim the prize, the winner must respond and furnish any information requested by SinTax Spirits within seventy-two (72) hours of SinTax Spirits' first attempted contact. If the prize is not claimed within that period, a replacement winner may be drawn seventy-two (72) hours after the first attempted contact. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.

7. Publicity. By entering, the winner consents to being contacted by SinTax Spirits to arrange the prize. As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner (or their nominated recipient) must provide a photograph of themselves for promotional use, and grants SinTax Spirits the right to use that photograph, together with their first and last name, on SinTax Spirits' social media and other marketing channels in connection with the Promotion.

8. No Responsibility for Entrant Error. SinTax Spirits assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failure, malfunction, alteration, delay in delivery, operation, or transmission, or any other circumstance of any kind that may affect an entry or an entrant's participation in the Promotion. SinTax Spirits reserves the right to verify the validity of any entrant and entry.

9. Severability. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired; in such case the parties shall use their best efforts to achieve the purpose of the invalid provision through a new, legally valid stipulation.

10. Instagram/Meta Release. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability arising from or related to the Promotion.
